E. T. C. Information Technology, Human Resources and Training Solutions, LLC (E.T.C.) Offers Three Fee Options: The first option is the project basis. Work done on a project basis, such as IT Project Plan, Training Plans, Policy and Procedure Manual development, Employee Handbook development, Training, Mediation program development, etc., will be done for a fixed fee agreed upon between E.T.C. and the company prior to the start of work. The second option is the hourly basis. Work usually done on an hourly rate includes such services as IT Configuration, Design sessions, Implementations, Training, Investigations and in some cases Mediations. This work will be done on a fixed hourly rate agreed upon between E.T.C.and the company prior to the start of work. The third option is the retainer basis. Work done on a retainer basis, such as being a company's off-site Information Technology and Human Resources Department. E.T.C. will respond to the on-call needs of the employer. Depending on how much time the employer wants or needs this work will be done on a fixed monthly rate agreed upon between E.T.C. and the company prior to start of work.
