Edward T. Carroll, SPHR, MCSE
Edward T. Carroll is from Memphis, Tennesee where he received his public education.
Mr. Carroll went on to graduate from the University of Mississippi, where he earned the Bachelors Degree. Upon completion of that educational pursuit, Mr. Carroll went on to earn the Master's Degree from the University of Memphis (formerly Memphis State University). Later he decided that he would work towards his MCSE and SPHR certifications.
Mr. Carroll has served in many roles in Information Technology and Human Resources with the latest as Senior Education Specialist and Project Manager with emphasis on Medical and Financial IT application testing and training for such firms as Eclipsys Corp, Bank of America (formerly Nations Bank), Tech Rx, Scanna Energy, Cobb EMC and NDC Health.
During his tenure in the fields of Information Technology, Testing, Human Resources and Training, Mr. Carroll was called upon to mediate employee-management disputes, and to resolve union grievances in a number of incidents over the years.
Mr. Carroll has an excellent track record in union and non-union employee relations, grievances, mediations and arbitrations. He has developed standard management practices, orientation programs, employee recognition programs, safety programs, employee opinion surveys, and other management programs.
Mr. Carroll has had responsibility of approximately 100 to 4000 employees.
A member of American Society of IT Professionals, American Society of Training and Development and Society of Human Resource Management, Mr. Carroll is a skilled trainer and has many years of developing training programs.
